Today was strength day.  Our gym is having some promotion to lose 15 pds in 5 weeks so the gym is packed lately, which I don’t like.

I increased all my weights by 5 pds this week.  I really am enjoying lifting weights now.  My leg muscles are getting more defined as are my arms.
