I run because….

When visiting the irunlikeagirl website,  I noticed that they have a feature called I run because.

I think this is a cool idea. I thought it might be good for me to think about why I run. Here are some of the things I came up with

I run because

• I never used to think I could
• it makes me feel strong
• I love the feeling of accomplishing something
• it makes me closer to my mom, sister and brother who also run.
• I can escape the real world when run or think about the world when I run. Its my choice
