I’ve never seen that muscle before

I’ve been strength training for a month now. Twice a week about 30 minutes at a time. I am seeing muscle definition in my upper arms and thigh area.  Muscles that I never new I had before. I am was reluctant to try weight lifting, but I am glad I did. I really enjoy it now.
Today 35 minutes weight lifting
