Last night after work, we headed to the gym to lift weights.

 Here are some of the exercises we are doing

Arm Curl
Tricep Extension
Fly
Leg Curl
Leg Extension
Shoulder Press
Hip Abductor
Hip Adductor
Back
Abs

There are more but I don’t remember their names
