6.2 on a Sunday

I set out for my Sunday long run on my own. My husband was at work. I didn’t have a distance in mind. I planned to go 1.5 miles to the park and see how thing went from there. I took my fuel belt filled with propel and sport beans.  I ended up doing 3 loops at the park of a mile each before heading back home. The park was pretty empty just me and  few walkers.  It was a good run.  I came home feeling really tired, but not awful. The weather was nice and not too hot, which always helps
