Friday Crosstraining

On schedule for today was crosstraining. I really didn’t feel like going to the gym, my allergies are driving me crazy, and making me tired.    I went for 35 minutes today. I did 20 on the bike and then felt like running so I did sprints on the treadmill. Running for a minute or so as fast as  I could then slowing to a walk or a jog.  I didn’t have my running shoes on so I didn’t push it.

I really need to start strength training. My gym offers one personal training lesson, I may take them up on it so someone can tell me what weights to lift.
