Women on the Move Week 8

Today’s topic was preparing for a race. A year ago I would have been all worried about what to do etc, but now it seems old hat almost.  Schedule was 1 easy 9 hard. I felt a bit tired today and didn’t want to push it so I ran pretty slow and steady. I did almost 3 miles in 40 minutes.  I ran the last segment of 9 while talking to someone and time seemed to go faster, which is a good thing.

Time: 40 minutes
Distance 2.9 miles
average pace 13:51

This may be my last run before the 10 on Sunday.  If  I run again it won’t be far.
