Wednesday Workout

I feel like I should be running more, but have yet to figure out how to make that happen. I went to my Wednesday night running group, despite the bad weather.  I was disappointed because the speaker went longer then anticipated and so I only got to run for about 25 minutes. We were forced onto the indoor track so I am not sure what my total distance was, I have trouble remembering to count laps.  My guess is about 2 miles.

My goal is to have a running schedule in place soon and to stick to it as much as I can.
